### sec.443 Functions and powers of chief executive This section applies if— the chief executive exercised a power under previous section 188 (the previous power ) and the power may be exercised by the chief executive under this Act; and the previous power, as exercised, continued to have effect immediately before the commencement. The previous power, as exercised— continues to have effect; and is taken to have been exercised under section 263.
