### sec.426 Post-prison community based release order
A post-prison community based release order granted under the 2000 Act and in force immediately before the commencement (the previous order )—
continues in force according to its terms; and
is taken to be a parole order granted under this Act.
- (a) continues in force according to its terms; and
- (b) is taken to be a parole order granted under this Act.
