### sec.412 Review of decision to forfeit
This section applies to a person who, before the commencement, was entitled to apply for a review of a decision to forfeit a thing.
If, before the commencement, the person had applied for the review, the application must be dealt with under previous section 109 as if this Act had not been enacted.
If the person had not applied for the review before the commencement, the person may apply for the review after the commencement, but only within 28 days after the notice of the decision was given to the person.
If the person applies for the review as mentioned in subsection (3), the application must be dealt with under previous section 109 as if this Act had not been enacted.
