### sec.384 Continuation of records about special treatment orders and crisis support orders This section applies to each of the following records as in existence immediately before the commencement (each of which is a previous record )— the record kept for a corrective services facility under previous section 41; the record kept for a corrective services facility under previous section 46. Each previous record kept for a corrective services facility is taken to be part of the record required under section 59(1) for the facility. (sec.384-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following records as in existence immediately before the commencement (each of which is a previous record )— the record kept for a corrective services facility under previous section 41; the record kept for a corrective services facility under previous section 46.
