### sec.364 Asking chief executive to reconsider decision about classification
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a prisoner was entitled to apply under the 2000 Act for a reconsideration of the chief executive’s decision to change the prisoner’s classification.
See the repealed Corrective Services Regulation 2001 , section 4.
The prisoner may apply for a reconsideration of the decision under the 2000 Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
However, the chief executive must reconsider the decision, and may confirm, amend or cancel the decision, as mentioned in section 16(3).
Also, the chief executive must give the prisoner an information notice about the reconsidered decision as mentioned in section 16(4).
