### sec.361 Authority for admission to corrective services facility
This section applies to a person who—
before the commencement, was validly admitted to a corrective services facility as mentioned in previous section 9(1); and
See section 475.
immediately before the commencement was validly detained in a corrective services facility.
Subject to this Act, the continued detention of the person in a corrective services facility is valid.

(sec.361-ssec.2) Subject to this Act, the continued detention of the person in a corrective services facility is valid.
