### sec.358 Where persons to be detained
This section applies to a person who—
before the commencement, was sentenced to a period of imprisonment or required by law to be detained for a period; and
immediately before the commencement was detained in a corrective services facility.
Subject to this Act, the person must continue to be detained.
However, if the person was detained in a watch house under previous section 6(2)(b), subsection (2) does not prevent the person being taken to a corrective services facility.
This section is also subject to the Act s, and provisions of Acts, mentioned in section 6(3).
(sec.358-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— before the commencement, was sentenced to a period of imprisonment or required by law to be detained for a period; and immediately before the commencement was detained in a corrective services facility.
(sec.358-ssec.2) Subject to this Act, the person must continue to be detained.
(sec.358-ssec.3) However, if the person was detained in a watch house under previous section 6(2)(b), subsection (2) does not prevent the person being taken to a corrective services facility.
(sec.358-ssec.4) This section is also subject to the Act s, and provisions of Acts, mentioned in section 6(3).

- (b) immediately before the commencement was detained in a corrective services facility.
