### sec.355 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may—
prescribe matters relating to the parole board and the secretariat; or
prescribe offences for a contravention of a regulation and fix a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention; or
prescribe fees payable under this Act.

(sec.355-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
