### sec.344AA Notification before participation in a program or service
This section applies if a prisoner is being detained on remand for an offence.
Before the prisoner participates in any program or service established or facilitated under section 266 , the chief executive must ensure the prisoner is told if the program or service is an ineligible program or service under section 344AB (7) .

(sec.344AA-ssec.2) Before the prisoner participates in any program or service established or facilitated under section 266 , the chief executive must ensure the prisoner is told if the program or service is an ineligible program or service under section 344AB (7) .
