### sec.337 Person to be advised of information obtained
This section applies to information obtained by the chief executive about a person, under this division, from the commissioner.
Before using the information to assess the person’s suitability to be, or continue to be, a relevant person, the chief executive must—
disclose the information to the person; and
allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the chief executive about the information.
(sec.337-ssec.1) This section applies to information obtained by the chief executive about a person, under this division, from the commissioner.
(sec.337-ssec.2) Before using the information to assess the person’s suitability to be, or continue to be, a relevant person, the chief executive must— disclose the information to the person; and allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the chief executive about the information.
- (a) disclose the information to the person; and
- (b) allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the chief executive about the information.
