### sec.326 Purpose of div 2 The purpose of this division is to ensure— the chief executive has all the relevant information the chief executive needs to assess a person’s suitability to be, or continue to be, a relevant person; and the chief executive can give the Minister or the president all the relevant information needed to assess a person’s suitability to be, or continue to be, a board member or acting board member.
