### sec.319R Relevant money to form a separate victim trust fund If relevant money is awarded in relation to a person more than once, each award forms a separate victim trust fund. This part must be complied with for each of the victim trust funds. If relevant money is awarded in relation to a person on 1 January and 1 October, the relevant money awarded on each occasion forms a separate victim trust fund.
