### sec.305C Authorised practitioner policy
The chief executive may make a policy about the following matters relating to an authorised practitioner—
the competencies and training necessary for a person to perform the functions of an authorised practitioner;
the professional registration, licensing or authorisation necessary to provide a health service.
The chief executive must publish the policy on the department’s website.

(sec.305C-ssec.1) The chief executive may make a policy about the following matters relating to an authorised practitioner— the competencies and training necessary for a person to perform the functions of an authorised practitioner; the professional registration, licensing or authorisation necessary to provide a health service.
