### sec.276 Powers of corrective services officer
A corrective services officer—
has the powers given to the officer under an Act; and
is subject to the directions of the chief executive in exercising the powers.
The powers may be limited—
under a regulation; or
under a condition of appointment; or
by written notice given by the chief executive to the corrective services officer.
(sec.276-ssec.1) A corrective services officer— has the powers given to the officer under an Act; and is subject to the directions of the chief executive in exercising the powers.
(sec.276-ssec.2) The powers may be limited— under a regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice given by the chief executive to the corrective services officer.
- (a) has the powers given to the officer under an Act; and
