### sec.267A Establishing and operating particular infrastructure
The chief executive may, on relevant premises, establish and operate infrastructure to be used for a purpose relating to the chief executive’s functions under section 263 or another Act, including, for example—
a community corrections office; or
a facility for providing education and training to corrective services officers; or
a facility to be used for a purpose associated with a corrective services facility.

In this section—
relevant premises means premises owned or leased by the department on behalf of the State.

(sec.267A-ssec.2) In this section— relevant premises means premises owned or leased by the department on behalf of the State.
- (a) a community corrections office; or
- (b) a facility for providing education and training to corrective services officers; or
- (c) a facility to be used for a purpose associated with a corrective services facility. Examples for paragraph (c) — administration office, staff accommodation, storage facility
