### sec.261 Chief executive may suspend further payments The chief executive may suspend further payments under the grant if the chief executive makes a request under section 260 and the grantee— does not give an explanation to the chief executive within 21 days after receiving the request; or fails to satisfy the chief executive that the conditions of the grant are being, and have been, complied with. - (a) does not give an explanation to the chief executive within 21 days after receiving the request; or - (b) fails to satisfy the chief executive that the conditions of the grant are being, and have been, complied with.
