### sec.26 Marriage
A person in the chief executive’s custody must give the chief executive written notice before lodging a notice of intention to marry under the Marriage Act 1961 (Cwlth) .
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
A prisoner may be married in a corrective services facility only with the chief executive’s approval and the marriage must be conducted in the way decided by the chief executive.
