### sec.242F Annual report
For each financial year, the parole board must give the Minister a report about—
the operation of this Act in relation to parole orders, other than court ordered parole orders; and
the activities of the parole board.
The report must state the number of persons who, in that financial year, were—
released on parole, other than under a court ordered parole order; and
returned to prison after their parole order, including a court ordered parole order, was suspended or cancelled.
The report must be given to the Minister on or before 30 September after the end of the financial year to which the report relates.
The Minister must table the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving the report.
