### sec.217A Nature of entity The parole board— does not control funds (and is consequently not a statutory body within the meaning of the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 or the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ); and is not a public sector entity for the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 8 (2) (s) . s 217A ins 2022 No. 34 s 338 sub 2024 No. 25 s 10 - (a) does not control funds (and is consequently not a statutory body within the meaning of the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 or the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ); and - (b) is not a public sector entity for the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 8 (2) (s) .
