### sec.176 Applying for an exceptional circumstances parole order
Subject to sections 176B and 176C , a prisoner may apply for an exceptional circumstances parole order at any time.
The application must be made—
in the approved form; and
to the parole board.

(sec.176-ssec.1) Subject to sections 176B and 176C , a prisoner may apply for an exceptional circumstances parole order at any time.
(sec.176-ssec.2) The application must be made— in the approved form; and to the parole board.
- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) to the parole board.
