### sec.175K Application of division This division applies if— a no body-no parole prisoner applies for a parole order under section 176 or 180 ; or the parole board decides to consider whether a no body-no parole prisoner has given satisfactory cooperation. - (a) a no body-no parole prisoner applies for a parole order under section 176 or 180 ; or - (b) the parole board decides to consider whether a no body-no parole prisoner has given satisfactory cooperation.
