### sec.172 Staff member interacting with prisoner, etc.
A staff member at a corrective services facility may, to the extent necessary for carrying out the staff member’s duties—
interact with any prisoner at the facility; and
access any part of the facility.
- (a) interact with any prisoner at the facility; and
- (b) access any part of the facility.
