### sec.164 Accredited or government visitor An accredited visitor or government visitor may visit a prisoner, or access any part of a corrective services facility, for performing the functions or exercising the powers of the visitor’s office or position. In this section— government visitor means a person, other than a staff member, who is an employee of a department.
