### sec.159 Search of visitor
The chief executive may require an accredited visitor to submit to a scanning search or an imaging search before entering a corrective services facility.
The chief executive may require any other visitor to submit to a general search, scanning search or an imaging search before entering a corrective services facility.
If a visitor mentioned in subsection (2) does not submit to a search mentioned in that subsection when required to do so, the chief executive may revoke—
for a personal visitor—
the visitor’s access approval; or
the visitor’s approval for the visit to be a contact visit; or
for another visitor—the visitor’s access approval.
In this section—
visitor does not include a staff member.
