### sec.155 Access approval required for particular visitors
Before visiting a corrective services facility for the first time, a visitor, other than a prescribed person, must apply for approval to access the facility ( access approval ).
The application must be made in the approved form to the chief executive.
In this section—
prescribed person means—
an accredited visitor; or
a casual site visitor as defined under section 165 ; or
an emergency services officer; or
an employee of the department in which the Child Protection Act 1999 is administered; or
an officer or employee of a law enforcement agency; or
a staff member.
