### sec.145 Issue, handling and storage of weapons The chief executive may authorise an appropriately trained corrective services officer to be issued with, carry, use and store weapons if it is reasonably necessary for the officer to carry, use and store the weapons to perform functions or exercise powers under this Act. The authority may be issued subject to conditions.
