### sec.129 Removing things from corrective services facility
A person must not, without the chief executive’s approval—
remove, or attempt to remove, anything from a corrective services facility; or
cause, or attempt to cause, anything to be removed from a corrective services facility; or
take, or attempt to take, anything from a prisoner whether inside or outside a corrective services facility.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
Subsection (1) (c) does not apply to a corrective services officer acting in the course of the officer’s duties as a corrective services officer.

(sec.129-ssec.2) Subsection (1) (c) does not apply to a corrective services officer acting in the course of the officer’s duties as a corrective services officer.
