### sec.115 Prisoner not to be punished twice for same act or omission
A prisoner must not be punished for an act or omission as a breach of discipline if the prisoner has been convicted or acquitted of an offence for the same act or omission.
A prisoner must not be charged with an offence because of an act or omission if the prisoner has been punished for the act or omission as a breach of discipline.
