### sec.74 Application of Commonwealth Crimes Act
For the purposes of the ASIC Law of Queensland, part 3 , the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 applies as a law of Queensland.
For the purposes of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying because of subsection (1) , an examination or a hearing is a judicial proceeding.
For the purposes of a national scheme law of Queensland—
an offence under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying because of subsection (1) in relation to an examination or hearing, is taken to be an offence against the ASIC Law of Queensland, part 3 ; and
an offence under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying, in relation to an examination or hearing held under the ASIC Law of another jurisdiction, as a law of that jurisdiction is taken to be an offence against the ASIC Law, part 3 of that jurisdiction.

(sec.74-ssec.1) For the purposes of the ASIC Law of Queensland, part 3 , the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 applies as a law of Queensland.
(sec.74-ssec.2) For the purposes of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying because of subsection (1) , an examination or a hearing is a judicial proceeding.
(sec.74-ssec.3) For the purposes of a national scheme law of Queensland— an offence under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying because of subsection (1) in relation to an examination or hearing, is taken to be an offence against the ASIC Law of Queensland, part 3 ; and an offence under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying, in relation to an examination or hearing held under the ASIC Law of another jurisdiction, as a law of that jurisdiction is taken to be an offence against the ASIC Law, part 3 of that jurisdiction.
- (a) an offence under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying because of subsection (1) in relation to an examination or hearing, is taken to be an offence against the ASIC Law of Queensland, part 3 ; and
- (b) an offence under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) , part 3 as applying, in relation to an examination or hearing held under the ASIC Law of another jurisdiction, as a law of that jurisdiction is taken to be an offence against the ASIC Law, part 3 of that jurisdiction.
