### sec.7 Application in Queensland of the Corporations Law The Corporations Law set out in the Corporations Act , section 82 as in force immediately before the repeal of that section— applies as a law of Queensland; and as so applying, may be referred to as the Corporations Law of Queensland. s 7 amd 2001 No. 45 s 29 sch 2 - (a) applies as a law of Queensland; and - (b) as so applying, may be referred to as the Corporations Law of Queensland.
