### sec.53 Operation of division
This division provides in relation to—
the jurisdiction of courts in respect of criminal matters arising under the Corporations Law of Queensland; and
the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in respect of criminal matters arising under the Corporations Law of any jurisdiction.
- (a) the jurisdiction of courts in respect of criminal matters arising under the Corporations Law of Queensland; and
- (b) the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in respect of criminal matters arising under the Corporations Law of any jurisdiction.
