### sec.49 Limitation on appeals
An appeal does not lie from a decision of a court—
in relation to the transfer of a proceeding under this division; or
as to which rules of evidence and procedure are to be applied pursuant to section 45 (1) .
- (a) in relation to the transfer of a proceeding under this division; or
- (b) as to which rules of evidence and procedure are to be applied pursuant to section 45 (1) .
