### sec.29 Application of Commonwealth laws in relation to offences against applicable provisions The Commonwealth laws apply as laws of Queensland in relation to an offence against the applicable provisions of Queensland as if those provisions were laws of the Commonwealth and were not laws of Queensland. For the purposes of a law of Queensland, an offence against the applicable provisions of Queensland— is taken to be an offence against the laws of the Commonwealth, in the same way as if those provisions were laws of the Commonwealth; and is taken not to be an offence against the laws of Queensland. Subsection (2) has effect for the purposes of a law of Queensland except as prescribed by regulations under section 80 . (sec.29-ssec.1) The Commonwealth laws apply as laws of Queensland in relation to an offence against the applicable provisions of Queensland as if those provisions were laws of the Commonwealth and were not laws of Queensland. (sec.29-ssec.2) For the purposes of a law of Queensland, an offence against the applicable provisions of Queensland— is taken to be an offence against the laws of the Commonwealth, in the same way as if those provisions were laws of the Commonwealth; and is taken not to be an offence against the laws of Queensland. (sec.29-ssec.3) Subsection (2) has effect for the purposes of a law of Queensland except as prescribed by regulations under section 80 . - (a) is taken to be an offence against the laws of the Commonwealth, in the same way as if those provisions were laws of the Commonwealth; and - (b) is taken not to be an offence against the laws of Queensland.
