54 Court may revoke orders or notices
> > (1) If in reliance on the charging, or the proposed charging, of a person with a serious offence, a court has made a restraining order or confirmed a freezing notice, the court may, on application made to it by the person, revoke the order or notice if the person—
> >
> > > (a) gives security satisfactory to the court for the payment of any pecuniary penalty that may be imposed on the person under this Act in respect of the person’s conviction for the offence, or
> >
> > > (b) gives undertakings satisfactory to the court concerning the person’s property.

> > (2) A person who makes an application under this section must give notice of the application, as prescribed by the regulations or rules of court.
