### sec.43 Temporary exemption from pecuniary penalties A person is not liable to a pecuniary penalty under the Code for conduct that happens within 2 years after 20 July 1995. If the commencement of provisions of this Act is postponed under section 2, the period of 2 years mentioned in this section is extended by the same number of days. (sec.43-ssec.1) A person is not liable to a pecuniary penalty under the Code for conduct that happens within 2 years after 20 July 1995. (sec.43-ssec.2) If the commencement of provisions of this Act is postponed under section 2, the period of 2 years mentioned in this section is extended by the same number of days.
