### sec.37 Fees and other money
All fees, taxes, penalties (including pecuniary penalties referred to in section 76 of the Competition Code), fines and other money that, under the application law of this jurisdiction, are authorised or directed to be payable by or imposed on any person must be paid to the Commonwealth.
Subsection (1) does not apply to amounts recovered for loss or damage as referred to in section 82 or 87 of the Competition Code and other amounts prescribed by a regulation under this Act.
This subsection imposes the fees (including fees that are taxes) that the regulations in the Competition Code of this jurisdiction prescribe.
