### sec.27 Functions and powers conferred on Commonwealth officers and authorities
A Commonwealth law applying because of section 25 that confers on a Commonwealth officer or authority a function or power in relation to an offence against the Competition and Consumer Act also confers on the officer or authority the same function or power in relation to an offence against the corresponding provision of the Competition Code of this jurisdiction.
A Commonwealth law applying because of section 26 that confers on a Commonwealth officer or authority a function or power in relation to an offence against the Competition and Consumer Act also confers on the officer or authority the same function or power in relation to an offence against the corresponding provision of the Competition Code of another participating jurisdiction.
The function or power referred to in subsection (2) may only be performed or exercised in this jurisdiction.
In performing a function or exercising a power conferred by subsection (1) or (2) , the Commonwealth officer or authority must act as nearly as practicable as the officer or authority would act in performing or exercising the same function or power in relation to an offence against the corresponding provision of the Competition and Consumer Act .

(sec.27-ssec.1) A Commonwealth law applying because of section 25 that confers on a Commonwealth officer or authority a function or power in relation to an offence against the Competition and Consumer Act also confers on the officer or authority the same function or power in relation to an offence against the corresponding provision of the Competition Code of this jurisdiction.
(sec.27-ssec.2) A Commonwealth law applying because of section 26 that confers on a Commonwealth officer or authority a function or power in relation to an offence against the Competition and Consumer Act also confers on the officer or authority the same function or power in relation to an offence against the corresponding provision of the Competition Code of another participating jurisdiction.
(sec.27-ssec.3) The function or power referred to in subsection (2) may only be performed or exercised in this jurisdiction.
(sec.27-ssec.4) In performing a function or exercising a power conferred by subsection (1) or (2) , the Commonwealth officer or authority must act as nearly as practicable as the officer or authority would act in performing or exercising the same function or power in relation to an offence against the corresponding provision of the Competition and Consumer Act .
