### sec.12 References to Competition Codes of other jurisdictions
This section has effect for the purposes of an Act, a law of this jurisdiction or an instrument under an Act or such a law.
If a law of a participating jurisdiction other than this jurisdiction provides that the Competition Code text as in force for the time being applies as a law of that jurisdiction, the Competition Code of that jurisdiction is the Competition Code text, applying as a law of that jurisdiction.
(sec.12-ssec.1) This section has effect for the purposes of an Act, a law of this jurisdiction or an instrument under an Act or such a law.
(sec.12-ssec.2) If a law of a participating jurisdiction other than this jurisdiction provides that the Competition Code text as in force for the time being applies as a law of that jurisdiction, the Competition Code of that jurisdiction is the Competition Code text, applying as a law of that jurisdiction.
