### sec.8 Arrest of witness failing to attend If any person served with a summons to attend before a commission as a witness fails to attend before the commission in obedience to the summons and no reasonable excuse is offered to the satisfaction of the chairperson for such failure, the chairperson may, on proof of the service of the summons, issue a warrant for the person’s apprehension. s 8 amd 1987 No. 59 s 10 ; 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
