### sec.14B Protection to and liability of witnesses
Every witness summoned to attend or appearing before a commission shall have the same protection and shall, in addition to the penalties provided by this Act, be subject to the same liabilities as a witness in any action or trial in the Supreme Court.
Nothing in subsection (1) shall be construed to prejudice the operation of section 14 (1A) .
