### sec.27G Arbitral tribunal may allow disclosure of confidential information in certain circumstances
An arbitral tribunal may make an order allowing a party to arbitral proceedings to disclose confidential information in relation to the proceedings in circumstances other than those mentioned in section 27F .
An order under subsection (1) may only be made at the request of one of the parties and after giving each of the parties the opportunity to be heard.
There is no equivalent to this section in the Model Law.
