### sec.10 Number of arbitrators (cf Model Law Art 10)
The parties are free to determine the number of arbitrators.
Failing such determination, the number of arbitrators is to be one.
Subsection (2) differs from Art 10 (2) of the Model Law which provides for 3 arbitrators if the parties do not determine the number of arbitrators.
