### sec.88 Surrender The holder of an allocation notice may surrender the holder’s allocation by giving the chief executive— written notice of the surrender; and the allocation notice. s 88 ins 2001 No. 93 s 15 - (a) written notice of the surrender; and - (b) the allocation notice.
