### sec.83 Application to renew allocation The allocation notice holder may apply to the chief executive to renew the allocation notice. The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. The chief executive may, by written notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further information or documents about the application by the reasonable date stated in the notice. If the applicant does not give the chief executive the further information or documents by the stated day, the application lapses. s 83 ins 2001 No. 93 s 15 amd 2003 No. 79 s 170 sch 1 ; 2011 No. 6 s 31 (sec.83-ssec.1) The allocation notice holder may apply to the chief executive to renew the allocation notice.
