### sec.82 Application to transfer allocation
The allocation notice holder may apply to the chief executive to transfer all or part of the allocation to another person.
The application must be—
in the approved form; and
supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application, including, for example, the consent of the transferee to the transfer; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
The chief executive may, by written notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further information or documents about the application by the reasonable date stated in the notice.
If the applicant does not give the chief executive the further information or documents by the stated day, the application lapses.

(sec.82-ssec.1) The allocation notice holder may apply to the chief executive to transfer all or part of the allocation to another person.
(sec.82-ssec.2) The application must be— in the approved form; and supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application, including, for example, the consent of the transferee to the transfer; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.82-ssec.3) The chief executive may, by written notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further information or documents about the application by the reasonable date stated in the notice.
(sec.82-ssec.4) If the applicant does not give the chief executive the further information or documents by the stated day, the application lapses.
- (a) in the approved form; and
- (b) supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application, including, for example, the consent of the transferee to the transfer; and
- (c) accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
