### sec.66 Coastal building line For assessing, under the Planning Act , building work that is assessable development, a regulation, or notice that declares a coastal management district, may fix a coastal building line for a coastal management district. However, a notice may fix a coastal building line only for the coastal management district declared under the notice. s 66 amd 1998 No. 13 s 191 sch ; 1999 No. 59 s 35 sub 2001 No. 93 s 14 amd 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 ; 2016 No. 27 s 139 (sec.66-ssec.1) For assessing, under the Planning Act , building work that is assessable development, a regulation, or notice that declares a coastal management district, may fix a coastal building line for a coastal management district.
