### sec.36 Public inspection and purchase of coastal plan or draft coastal plan
After the coastal plan is made, the chief executive must publish a copy of the coastal plan on the department’s website.
Also, the chief executive must keep the coastal plan, and the draft of the coastal plan prepared under section 24 , available for inspection by the public during office hours on business days at—
the head office and each regional office of the department; and
other places the chief executive considers appropriate.
On payment of a fee decided by the chief executive, a person may buy a copy of the coastal plan or draft coastal plan.
The fee for a copy of the coastal plan or draft coastal plan must not be more than the reasonable cost of publishing the copy.
