### sec.28 Notice about making coastal plan
After the coastal plan is made, the Minister must publish a notice about its making in the gazette and in a newspaper circulating generally in the State.
The notice must state—
the day the plan was made; and
where a copy of the plan may be inspected or purchased.
The Minister must give a copy of the plan to—
each local government, port authority and port operator within the area covered by the plan; and
any other group or person the Minister considers appropriate.

(sec.28-ssec.1) After the coastal plan is made, the Minister must publish a notice about its making in the gazette and in a newspaper circulating generally in the State.
