### sec.22 Process for making, amending or replacing coastal plan The process stated in divisions 2 and 3 must be followed for making, amending or replacing the coastal plan. A regulation may state an additional requirement to be followed for making, amending or replacing the coastal plan. If a regulation under subsection (2) states an additional requirement, the requirement must be complied with. s 22 sub 2011 No. 6 s 13 (sec.22-ssec.1) The process stated in divisions 2 and 3 must be followed for making, amending or replacing the coastal plan. (sec.22-ssec.2) A regulation may state an additional requirement to be followed for making, amending or replacing the coastal plan. (sec.22-ssec.3) If a regulation under subsection (2) states an additional requirement, the requirement must be complied with.
