### sec.191 When particular applications lapse
Subsection (3) applies if—
an application was made under the Beach Protection Act before 20 October 2003; and
the chief executive has, by written notice, asked the applicant to give the chief executive, within 1 year, a stated document or information relevant to the application; and
the applicant did not give the stated document or information to the chief executive within 1 year after the request.
Subsection (3) also applies for an application mentioned in section 180(1) if—
the chief executive has, by written notice, asked the applicant to give the chief executive, within 1 year, a stated document or information relevant to the application; and
the applicant did not give the stated document or information to the chief executive within 1 year after the request.
The application lapses.

(sec.191-ssec.1) Subsection (3) applies if— an application was made under the Beach Protection Act before 20 October 2003; and the chief executive has, by written notice, asked the applicant to give the chief executive, within 1 year, a stated document or information relevant to the application; and the applicant did not give the stated document or information to the chief executive within 1 year after the request.

(sec.191-ssec.3) The application lapses.
